Learning Ally offers a comprehensive benefits program to all eligible employees.

Medical Plan

We offer a choice of two plans through Aetna – these are our employer-funded plans that reimburse employees for incurred medical expenses.

Prescription Drug Coverage

Types of Prescriptions cover Generic/Preferred Brand Name/Non-preferred Brand Name.

Life Insurance

Aetna (NY Life) Life Insurance/Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment-Provides financial protection for our employee's family in case of death and/or dismemberment insurance coverage for your eligible dependents.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Employer-funded plan to build private accounts for use of our employees. Employees have an option to select further contributions through their own payroll deductions.

Flexible Spending Account–Medical, Dependent Care, and Public Transportation

Dependent Care, and Public Transportation accounts allow employees to set aside pre-tax money to pay for out-of-pocket expenses in these areas

Dental Plan

Aetna Dental: There are two options to choose from–PPO Plan and DHMO. Both plans cover preventive care at 100% with no deductible.

Vision Care

Vision Insurance with VSP Vision Care. Through VSP’s provider network, employees will receive access to eye examinations, prescription glasses, frames and LASIK allowances.

Short and Long Term Disability

Learning Ally’s Short- and Long-Term disability plans are administered by Aetna Insurance

Learning Ally 401(k) Plan

Through ADP Retirement Services, employees can make payroll deductions to invest in their 401k accounts while enjoying Learning Ally’s company matching programs.
