Digital Marketing Specialist (Temporary)

Primary Position Objectives:

  • Work with Marketing Team to develop, execute, and measure demand generation campaigns across a variety of channels and platforms such as Marketo and social media.
  • Monitor campaigns and assist in ongoing testing and optimization to improve effectiveness.
  • Support campaign execution by manipulating data for Marketo email campaigns.
  • Coordinate the development of creative assets, copy, segmentation, targeting, and more.
  • Support Marketing team by managing calendars, projects and processes, deliverables, and related documentation as needed.
  • Track, measure and report google analytics on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Assist teams in refining and launching Candidate an.
  • Support ongoing marketing efforts as needed including: marketing operations, event planning, and content marketing.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years professional experience in the responsibilities listed above with a focus on Marketo or other other marketing software automation platform
  • Skill/expertise required in excel, html, word press (some design experience helpful).
  • Obsessive attention to detail and excellent project management skills
  • Collaborative work style; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and effective communicator; able to comfortably communicate plans to marketing leadership, as well as other stakeholders/leaders within the organization
